As our name suggests, we Engrave, Transform, and Kreate. On the laser engraving side, we have the bases covered.
We have the ability to laser engrave on almost any material with the use of 5 different laser types. We can develop and create custom wood pieces by carving, cutting, and engraving with CNC.
Laser
We have CO2, Fiber, Infrared, Diode, and UV lasers in our arsenal to engrave and cut an enormous array of materials. We can engrave on wood, leather, stone, metal, glass, acrylic (even clear acrylics), PU Leather, fabric, rubber, and plastics.
Do you need to cut or weld metal? We can laser CNC cut and weld, aluminum, brass, stainless steel, and carbon steel.
We utilize 2 ComMarker Omni 1 machines for UV laser marking and engraving as well as an entire compliment of XTOOL machines including: S1, P2, F1, F1 Ultra, F2 Ultra, and the MetalFab CNC with the 1200w laser. The Shapeoko 5 Pro and Makera Carvera round out the CNC roster.
We have the ability engrave large pieces up to 118”×19.6” (3000mm×500mm)
CNC
We also have CNC machining capability to cut, engrave, and sculpt intricate designs in wood, metal, and plastics. Our medium sized CNC table offers a work area of 48″ x 24″ (1200 x 600mm), allowing for larger projects to meet our customers needs.
3D Printing
We offer small scale 3D printing services for rapid prototyping, functional parts, gifts or custom one-off deigns. Production size per item is 10″ x 10″ x 10″ (256mm x 256mm x 256mm). Larger items can be produced by printing individual components within the initial print bounds and combining the components into the over all product.
We can print with most common filament types (PLA, PETG, ABS, PLA-CF, and more).
We can print up to 4 colors in one run.
